Rad Naa for Lunch?

coming up with different types of meals these day is hard. especially when you can just go out to your local chinese take away and get a quick takeaway or eat-in without spending too much.
However, a little effort here and there and you can easily make a fantastic meal. However, it helps to have a fiance that knows how to cook everything. :-D

a bit of pork, chinese veges, rice noodles, oyster sauce, fish sauce and presto! A lad naa is made.

Tortilla breakfast

I got up one morning and decided to make a tortilla after seeing it on the Gourmet Traveller website.

It's simple and if you have a few potatoes, eggs and a bit of time, then it's easy enough to whip up.

Though i didn't have any paprika, it still tasted quite good. Not quite filling though.

Pasta Salad

Pasta salad with sliced cucumber, pomegranite, carrot and lychee.
Got bored and had some leftovers.
This was something quick and easy that can take quite good.

New York Steam Boat!

Ian and Elle's dad went all out on this one!
We somehow fitted 9 people around a small table at Elle & Steve's place, with 2 gas burners, along with all the food from all over new york.

now these pies are great!
it's a normal meat pie but loaded with mashed potatoes, peas, chilli sauce, ketchup etc etc
